We are a team of planners, engineers, designers, and technicians that provide professional civil engineering, design, development planning, permitting, and project management services to developers, landowners, and municipalities. With more than twenty-five years of experience each, Weden Engineering is led by two principals, Eric Weden, P.E. and Craig Harris, P.E., with offices in the Pacific Northwest and Portland-Metro areas covering all of Washington and Oregon.

Family values are at the core of our practice. Prior to the Covid pandemic, Weden Engineering began a hybrid work environment so team members could choose to work from their home office and enjoy more flexibility with their time. Once the pandemic hit, we were poised to flourish during lockdown. Now, we have returned to a hybrid working company that not only has proven to strengthen us as a whole, but has increased productivity as well.
